When you register for and/or purchase the Oxlearn Service you may be asked for your name, age, email, country, location, street address, credit card number and other personal information. We do not store your Credit Card details. We will also collect and maintain other information about the courses you take, and other information that you may choose to provide, including photographs and other personally identifiable information.
Right to Opt In and Opt Out
You have the right to "opt-in" and "opt-out" of certain of our uses of your personal information. You may choose not to receive any promotional correspondence from Oxlearn. If you opt-out of receiving promotional correspondence from Oxlearn, we may still contact you in connection with your continued use of the Oxlearn Service.

A: Public Display of Information
If you participate in community features, your username will be visible to the public. You may also display your name, contact info through some of these services. In addition, our chat, tips and forums allow you to communicate with members of the online community. Whenever you give out information in public areas on our website, that information can be collected and used by people you do not know so you should not give out personal information. Please do not post any sensitive information, including your full name, home address, phone number, financial information or any other information that would enable other users to locate you or contact you
B: Service Providers
We occasionally employ other companies to perform services necessary to our internal operations. Welcome to Oxlearn ("Oxlearn"). The services offered by Oxlearn include online educational services, including (but not limited to) online educational videos, quizzes, downloadable bonus material and online community features (collectively the "Oxlearn Services").
Please note, unless otherwise specified, we offer a recurrent subscription based service (12 months) that can be stopped directly by you or sending us an email to support [at] oxlearn.com, anytime before the expiration.
During the payment process we specify the recurrent subscription method, to guarantee you continuus access to new courses at the original prices.
