What is Oxford Learning Lab?

Oxford Learning Lab is a subscription video streaming service. The subscription is recurrent (Monthly or Yearly) and can be stopped anytime by yourself or sending an email to us. The service  can be accessed  anytime you wish and play the videos you decided to buy from us. Please make sure you are connected to the internet with a broadband connection and you are playing from a computer that can handle the video streaming. We kindly recommend you to play all the free videos on our site.

What if my Internet Connection is a bit Slow?

We offer a buffering service and adaptive bit rate. Simply  press "Play" then press "Pause" immediately after and the video will start to buffer. After a while  you can press "Play" again, at this point you should be able to watch the videos even if your bandwidth is not optimal. The more you leave the video Paused the more it will buffer.

Where Can I Find the Slides of the Videos Purchased?

Once you are logged in your User Area  you will find a link "Courses Slides". All the material is there.

Is Oxford Learning Lab educational material of high quality?

Yes. Oxford Learning Lab material is based on best selling books that have been used by several Universities and students, professional marketers and business people around the world.

What is the best way to use Oxford Learning Lab?

People use our service to gain an in depth marketing knowledge in order to apply it at work and improve  their businesses and professional lives. Students of course use it to improve their studies. Each lesson is divided into chapters that can be played and re-played whenever it is convenient.

Why I cannot see the video properly (or at all) ?

Please make sure your internet connection can support video streaming. Try to connect to a video streaming site (such as www.Youtube.com) and see if you can play the videos from there. Make sure your computer can play Adobe Flash files (to get it click here).

Why can’t I see the video in my computer at work or internet cafe?

Sometimes organizations forbid employees or customers to watch videos on their computer. This cannot be controlled by Oxford Learning Lab. Please contact your network manager for more detailed information.

I want to cancel my subscription

If you would like to cancel this Subscription, log in to your PayPal account and go to the 'History' subtab of the 'My Account' tab. Choose "Subscriptions" from the drop-down "Show" menu and click "Submit". Choose this subscription, and click on its "Details" link. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your Subscription. Cancelling your Subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this Subscription.
