Tim Fidgeon holds a MSc (Distinction) in Human factors in Human Computer Interaction from University College London. He has worked for several new media agencies, helping to specify and design websites. This work has involved: requirements gathering, user research, prototyping and various forms of usability testing. Tim has also written and delivered training courses on 'Website Usability', 'Writing for the Web', 'Email Marketing', 'Search Engine Optimisation' and 'Managing Paid Search Campaigns'. He now works as a freelance consultant offering advice on various topics associated with Digital Marketing
