Very useful because of the many concrete examples reflecting the theoretical discussion, very engaging because of the "dramatic performance" of the professor. However, felt the need of more visual material to help fixing the very conceptual discussion around brands.

This course is excellent course regarding social media strategies and its whole picture but I think it is better to have an additional material to cover other aspects regarding social media in depth or that maybe covered in additional classes.
